Jintus Labs aims to keep things simple and privacy-minimal. This page explains, in plain English, what the apps and website are intended to do, and what happens only if you choose to contact support by email.

How Jintus Labs is intended to operate

Privacy-minimal approach

Jintus Labs apps are intended to be privacy-minimal. They do not require account creation and are not intended to intentionally collect, sell, or share personal information.

No analytics or advertising tools by default

Jintus Labs apps are not intended to use analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or other tracking tools unless they are explicitly added and this policy is updated first or at the same time.

The apps themselves

Saying that an app does not collect personal information means the app itself is not designed to automatically ask for, track, or send personal information as part of normal use.

No sale or advertising sharing

Jintus Labs does not intend to sell personal information or share personal information for advertising purposes.

How the website is intended to behave

Website privacy

This website is intended to be a simple public information and support site. It does not use analytics, tracking cookies, marketing pixels, chat widgets, newsletter signups, or embedded third-party marketing tools.

What happens when you contact support

If you email support

If you choose to email support, Jintus Labs may receive whatever you decide to send, such as your email address, message contents, app name, app version, device or OS version, screenshots, attachments, or other troubleshooting details.

How support information is used

Support information is used only to respond to your request, troubleshoot issues, and improve the app.

How long support information is kept

Jintus Labs will try to keep support information only as long as reasonably needed for support, troubleshooting, and basic records, and then delete it when it is no longer needed, unless law requires otherwise.
